Question about Paypal payments/credits

How long does it take for paypal to transfer $$ to one's account?

First time I had to send coins back was recently via an ebay/paypal transaction. I received a note that paypal was crediting of my account, but I haven't seen the credit yet. Does it take days or weeks??

3-5 business days seems to be typical in my experience.

I have seen 3 to 5 days, as much as 7 days pending weekends and holidays.

It also depends if the original transaction was either paid via existing paypal funds, transfered funds from linked checking account or payment made via a credit card.
