How are the reverses? What do you think these would grade? >>
The reverses are all blast except for the one on the far right in the group shot. That is a '37-s and it has a subtle rim tone on most of the reverse. Im no grading expert, but i'd guess the nicest might go 66 while the worst 64 maybe. No split bands either. Just really dug the colors, and no premium on the prices.
Thanks. Only wish I had the technical know how and equipment to take better shots. Was just perusing bestbuy's website, looking into a SLR Canon. Have a point and click Canon SD750 now with retractable lens. Good for vacations and baby pictures, not so good for crisp coin pics. Cant add on a macro lens. I need better lighting also I think.

Thanks for the link. You guys are extremely helpful. And thanks for all the compliments. I love merc toners, just dont love merc toner prices. There was no additional premium on these, so I was happy to buy them.

And cheer up, your photos aren't bad! I take even worse photos.
<< <i>Will the camera let you do a custom white balance or is there a white balance setting? >>
If there is (and I dont think so) then I wouldnt know how to set it. Im also not very good at keeping instruction manuals around.

<< <i>The 1937 in the middle of the group shot is a nice looking coin. >>
Thats a '37 P and it was in a 2x2 with "BU" and a price tag of $8.95. How could anyone pass on that?
