thoughts on 1859 IHC

1) What do you think it should grade as, and
2) any reason to suspect the color/luster on this coin. It appears okay to me but CN coins are not my strong suit.

<< <i>It is holdered as AU but priced at 61 money (yes that is odd but that is what my archive research comes up with). I’ve been stymied for my search for a 63 that had good luster, nice strike and didn’t have spots or streaky toning. I had been dreading a jump to 64 money. Asides from the hits on the face is there anything not to like? It would go into a 7070, with an AU FE and a 63 graded CN IHC on either side. >>
Holdered by who and at what AU grade?

ad4400 - The hits on the cheek are rough, scarface in nature. The birthmarks on the neck are too.
And then we get into the fields.
AU details, cleaned.

ICG MS63
previously - very nice and undergraded by ICG if I remember correctly.
Shylock - With regards to the fields, I think it is an issue with the photo/scan. It is a JJTeaparty
pic and all of their pics seem to have that grainy look.
