Umm...no.
In 70 grade, a $410 coin sells for over $700 and a $420 coin sells for over $770.
Even add in $30 grading and attribute $10 to shipping (no one ships just 1 to PCGS), I see ~60-63%.
That isn't 1st strike. (I just sold both of the above for those prices 2 days ago on ebay).

Still only half a Ka-Ching...I sold my First Strike proof for $830 & MS for $799.....2 to 3 weeks ago they were selling for over 1k each...Now that was a Ka-Ching in my book.
