Assuming it is only a change to the color of the toning on the Indian's cheek and the buffalo's hip and not rub I'd say 64. There are a number of smaller dings on the indian's portrait that precludes a higher grade IMO. Seems to have the same die polishing by the EPU that mine has. Nice coin.

Taking into account the color, luster, maybe a slightly softer strike, and some minor contact marks, I think it's a great coin for the grade
