Go with the one that brings the most $$. 95% of those who would buy it likely don't give a rat's patoot whose holder the coins are in.

I have 12 raw sets in OGP. I was planning to sell 10 when they hit $300, but that came and went so fast I decided to keep sitting on them. Looks like I could trade them in and end up purchasing that 1995-w silver eagle set for less than $1000 cash outlay...

Just 1 set. I figured they would be a great set to obtain. At the price they sold for I wish I'd have bought 3 now. I like Ricko feel one set for my collection is enough.

1 set. If the price really goes thru the roof, I'll sell or use it in trade for a decent slabbed 1893-S Morgan or a nice slabbed $10 or $20 CC gold.

    5x NGC 70 sets
5x NGC 69 sets (not all 69s though a few RP70 and PR70 in the mix)
    2x ungraded sets

I have noticed that most who have replied either have none (a very few have 1 set) or more than 5-10 sets with the view to off-loading some time in the future. These prices will continue to climb as long as the minority have more than a few sets ... when they are spread more thinly across collectors then the prices will start leveling off. IMHO.

I have 30 sets. Three sealed boxes, 10 sets in each. When I return to the states at the end of the year, I will have to decide if I will send them in for grading, sell the boxes sealed, or continue to hold in sealed boxes. I suspect that will depend on their market value or my monetary needs.

    Roughly 9 sets.

    1 set PCGS 69/69/69
    3 raw (I think 3, maybe 4, but I think just 3)
5 unopened sets in 1 mint sealed box

Also have the 1 (unopened) set my mom just sent me to sell for her when I feel prices have peaked. I don't think they have yet.

I see the unc as a $200, raw, coin. It isn't there yet but it is getting closer and closer.
I see the RP as a $700-$1000 coin, raw, just not sure when.
So, I think the sets still have more potential than they are sitting at. Definitely the higher selling prices, recently, have brought more sets out to be sold, which has stagnated, but not dropped, the prices.

Will be interesting to see if the 2007-W unc from the mint will help, or hurt, the prices....(new kid on the block vs bringing in new blood and people needing to backdate to 2006-w)

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

    Bochi..

I don't always agree with "how" you approach some on the boards, but thanks for sharing numismatic thoughts. I tend to agree with how you see each individual coin. The reverse proofs are the KEYS in 2006. First Gold, then silver ! For the big money it will be the three branches of government in platinum (unc) in my opinion.... as it pertains to coins (of course, I can't help but drift off topic with coins). I didn't realize how many hoarded moderns.
