    << <i>Neither are you.

Your questions are vague and undefined. Obviously my presence here is known, as I am sure several people (and I don't need to name their names, you know who they are) reported my postings here immediately. So if I am not wanted here as you asked, I would have to say yes I am.

Now, on to my question. How can I be 'hassling' you if you are having fun? If I am hassling you and you aren't having fun, why would you reply (which would be the question I'd ask anyone who has a problem with what I post). >>

He never said you were hassling him and he may in fact be having fun. As for your question:

why would you reply (which would be the question I'd ask anyone who has a problem with what I post).

I think that should be asked of the moderators who have banned you now twice.

<< <i>Are you claiming that CU welcomes you on their boards? >>

As much as you claim that posters here are CU employees. Again, if I am 'hassling' you, why are you replying? >>

you cause a hassle for the moderators, who have to keep banning your various accounts..

  • I will continue to acquire accounts until I am given an answer by the mods why I was banned.

Its apparent the mods have no rhyme or reason to their actions, and apparently no accountability for what they do.

read the terms of service.. (you've agreed to the terms at least 3 times when you created new accounts).. i dont believe they need a reason to ban you and i don't believe they need to explain anything..

  • My last post on this thread:

Instead of worrying about thieves (80s) or shady people (topps), people in this thread have chosen to direct their emotion at me, for whatever reason I cannot tell. I won't make speculations on why that is, but it sure is curious that known criminals are worried about less than a guy from California with an opinion.

Anyways, spin that however you want (some of you have been misconstruing and out and out lying about me all night).

    << <i>Perhaps you're in cahoots with the thief? >>

    image

It's not even worth responding to...

Let's count the ways why you have been banned multiple times.

    1) Harassment
    2) Circumventing the bad word filter
    3) Wishing death upon posters and even rejoicing in a son's death
    4) Constant flame wars

And that's just off the top of my head.

No one here likes you and your man-boobs, period.

Now say good bye once again, Tinkerbell.

I never said I was 'happy' someone's son passed away. NEVER.

    No, you said "good"

No one knows what you meant, only you.

    Steve
    Good for you.

  • << <i>Well that may work for the cowardly....that's just not me though. Have to admit, its pretty odd that a poster with 600 posts in nearly 2 years shows up at 1am and injects his opinions...sniff sniff, whose alt is that? >>

Wow - so brave. What a great man to stand up to the forces of evil here at CU and bravely forge ahead with what is sure to be hundreds if not thousands of posts over the next few months. So courageous, valiantly creating ID after ID to come here and represent those to meek and cowardly to fight the good fight at CU...

Isn't there some sort of medal or award for this hero? I know the Medal of Honor is a military thing, but can't we make an exception here? You are so, so brave noble Axtell...

PS - could someone direct me to the picture of this brave and gallant soul?

<< <i>I am not going to allow my name be sullied by the likes of pandrews who makes wild accusations that I am a thief/criminal, that my word isn't good, or that my integrity in any way, shape, or form is to be questioned. >>

    Ax

    Which name?

Sullied? Come on - this is a chat room - I've seen you in the middle of controversy numerous times.

And BTW - on the remarks about a person's loss - as Steve said - I also recollect you using the word "good" - and - what you meant? I was clueless - but surprised - since I know you like to argue but didn't think you would want to truly hurt anyone's feelings?

I always found the sports talk stuff entertaining.

Usually when people get thrown out of a bar or store, they don't put on a big hat and glasses and try to get back in.

Sorry, I missed this in the clutter.

While my words may mean little to most of you, I can assure you that I'm not a scammer.

I've made transactions with some board members, others have very personal information.

Hypothetically speaking, if I were to even consider scamming anyone, I could be easily found.

Not to brag or sound brash but making a couple of hundred by scamming anyone wouldn't be worth it. The people in the "know" know this.

Take it for what it's worth.

And that's all I've got to say about that image

Well, since he shows up every month, he'll continue to win his own award.
