    Yes. I love the numismatic books. Do a search of "Book Review" and you will see some of my handiwork.

    My wife thinks I'm a book collector who sometimes collects coins. I guess that's because the books are more visible.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    I collect some coin books (Morgan dollars), and also old PCGS pop reports. I still need one from 1987 (and 1986 if they were produced that early.)
    When in doubt, don't.

    Most serious collectors have a reference library but I'm not sure that this would count as collecting books.
