Is this JJ Teaparty coin real or not?

I don't like the look of the eagle (it looks a bit squat), but it could just be that I'm unfamiliar with the series and/or it's a bad picture.
As an aside, I've had very good transactions with them so I don't think they would knowingly sell a fake.

And if by some quark in the time space continuem it turns out it's not I'm sure they'd give you a 100% full refund.
JJ Teaparty will not sell a bad coin- They are quite experienced. However their pictures could use a lot of improvement sometimes.
Trade dollars are the most counterfieted US coins and should be approached with caution. However a coin bought from a dealer such as JJ teaparty will not be counterfiet. The new or casual or person who is not versed on the series should either buy from a dealer like JJ teaparty or only buy PCGS, NGC or ANACS coins. Bob

<< <i>Trade dollars are a funny series. While some coins look bad they are not, and some that look good are bad. Unless you have a lot of experience in the series it is difficult to tell the difference sometimes.

JJ Teaparty is really beyond reproach--an exceptional dealer with good material--and frequently at very good prices. I've been pleased with every coin I have purchased from them!
Buying top quality Seated Dimes in Gem BU and Proof.
Buying great coins - monster eye appeal only.

Hey, If I knew where that popcorn dude picture was, I would have put it there on my first post.
This coin is fantastic. Somebody put in the popcorn guy for me !
It's like I always say, ... 'tis better they talk about ya than not.
I think the Thread Title should ask the question : How much can you afford ?
Often when posters are discussing how to buy coins, they always include "look for a reputable dealer."
BTW I have a few of JJT coins noted on my registry sets.

Stuff slips thru the cracks when it comes in the door and can potentially make it to the market place/display case with any dealer- even Teaparty.
