Well, it appears there's a playoff. The winners--and I thought there would be only one, silly me--are:

That is just some king-hell grading on these images fellas, well done.
The tiebreaker is at the bottom of this update, but first, the holders to go with the corresponding coins:

The tiebreaker--and I really have to throw a joker in the deck or it will be too easy--is as follows:This 1930-S is in a PCI gold label holder. What grade did they give the coin? The winds at that outfit are capricious indeed.
If all the winners don't check in by 7 p.m. tomorrow, those who DID submit a grade remain eligible for the raw 1913 Type 1 Buffalo in MS64 (my opinon) which, sadly I may have overgraded. Anyway, here's the 1930-S:

Without reading the other replies first, I'll say the top coin is a 64 and the lower coin a 65. I think the "new" PCGS penalized the first coin for a weak strike on the obverse, while the second one shows some strike weakness on the buffalo. If you could somehow combine the reverse of the top coin with the obverse of the rattler you'd have a nice 66.

First one-66- Great reverse strike, some obverse weakness, booming lustre, relatively mark free. The buffalo's front leg is a little scruffy from not being fully struck.

Second one-65- Some strike weakness and die wear evident, moreso on the reverse. More of a softer lustre, but lovely lustre nonetheless! Again, very clean. Nice, warm tone too.

Well, I did my best. Those are my opinions, and I don't know how well that matches with PCGS's opinions, but I tried!

I'll guess that the 1930-S PCI Buffalo was graded MS66. Thanks for the chance!

This stinks. Moving this thread was unfortunate. Blew the contest right out of the tub. I guess the images, the discussion, the grading challenge did not have sufficient "numismatic value"--or was trumped by the fact I offered to give away a coin. It's disappointing, but now I know better and will more closely adhere to the strict CU guidelines.

For what it's worth, PCI graded that coin MS63.

I figured the PCI coin was only a MS62, however, the "hint" of winds at that outfit are capricious indeed.... made me guess that it was overgraded by several points. Oh well. Live and learn.
