    My early days, man, I didn't even know what those discolorations were. I believed they were displayed with the top open, in the China cabinet, for a year or so.

    Yep, bought them in the case, from The American Historic Society.image. They were totally untoned when I got them.

    OK, if they toned that much in a year, it's been what at least a couple years since we got them. Hmmm, got me curious what they might look like now.image Being circulated like they were, I cannot imagine them looking "right" if ya know what I mean. She sure liked and appreciated them though.
