If you haven't noticed, I'm single and miserable and I've got four albums of bitching about it that I would offer as proof.

You get really lucky or you use a sniping program and get really lucky.

your mouth is first time out. multi bids show extreme interest or
extreme shill, either being no good.
If I really want it, money is put on the table first time out

That only works if you put the best realistic bid in from jump street.

In all types of auctions, the key is to decide the most you would pay for an item. So if someone outbids you, so be it. So take your time in deciding your max bid.
Then decide when/how you are going to bid. If you put your max bid out there early, someone can shill you up, or just easily outbid you if they want the item. That is where sniping programs save you money. Putting your bid in at the last second saves some of the shilling and if you win, great. If you don't win, at least you put your max bid in the game.
I use the sniping software most of the time now as I don't have time to follow auctions anymore. And I never get excited when I lose.

Not to worry. I got myself another one right after. Sory it couldn't be your coin, though. Glad to have helped push your final sale up, though.
