I have been thinking about starting a collection of Liberty Nickels. But can't seem to find any quality photos of them searching this forum. Someone has got to have some. Please post some Liberty Nickel pictures for me. Thanks~!

Are there rules about/against resurrecting old threads?
Well anyway, here are a few of mine the OP wanted to see. Many sets I've seen over the years seem to always have a high grade or mint state 1883 No Cent. I often wondered why. These coins are easily affordable in the mint state range. Is it true they were hoarded by many back in 1883 and not spent of put into circulation? Was this because of the racketeer nickel?

Resurrecting an old thread that is actually about coins is good.
Here is a really nice one that I still own!

Just one in my set…a proof with some fun color
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
I put this together about 20 years ago.
Outstanding set, @1946Hamm!
Bought this one on a whim quite a few years ago from my old wholesale friend for stock, but decided to hold onto it:
So, of course, I have to show off my favorite Liberty Head Nickel error again:

I will follow up with another I purchased late last year. Perfect blend of strike, eye appeal and preservation! It even has a bonus of having a RPD!
Here’s one I like
As a Type Set collector, these are the only two I own:

If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.

This is exactly what I’m looking for. A very difficult grade to find, not to mention the plus designation and the CAC sticker. I think I’d settle for a lustrous AU55 though. I just have to be at the right place at the right time. Patience lol.
@rokky that DDR is awesome!!! Nice coin. The quest begins.

Thank you Aspie Rocco! There’s a really nice MS63 ANACS old holder for sale on eBay right now if you’re interested. It’s a pretty coin.
