I am happy with this lot and have decided not to upgrade for a while ... unless something amazing comes along

Instead, I am going to try for the big prize ... all Morgan dates, mint marks, and varieties ... in PL and DMPL of course

That should keep me busy for the next 20 yeaers!

A remarkable set!!

I've owned them all at one time or another but never hung onto them long enough to complete the set. Your 89 is better than my was. Heck, most of them are better than mine were/are.

I'd not be heading to the safe deposit box with them, though.

Look into the Patriot Act II before you put them somewhere you may never be able to get them back again.

Nice Set--I like the 1892CC in PL (tough!!) followed by the 1878CC (pretty) and 1889CC (nice and original)--

Thanks ... I picked up the 1889 CC from a board member. It isn't shiny like the rest of them, but I like its "natural" look.

Everything PCGS ... I am not good enough yet to buy raw or to attempt crossing. Someday I will be, but not yet.
