I'm hi falutin' now that I got me one of them fancy Nikon Coolpix!

Yep, I'm getting ready to retire the Ricoh RDC-4300 after over three years of faithful service. I've just been waiting for the Coolpix 950 to drop below $100. Picked one off for $91 with shipping.

That sounds like a pretty good deal for one of those. Do you need to buy a macro lens with that or does it come with one? I am thinking of asking for one for Christmas.

Macro is built in, down to .8 inch.

I'm waiting on an AC adapter I ordered, then I'll have to spend some time on the learning curve. This one has a zillion more customizable features than the Ricoh.
