i wanted to let everyone know that if you haven't seen a picture you posted listed in the set yet, it's either because i overlooked it, need additional information or am waiting a short period to give other members a chance to submit some pictures. while it isn't a hard-and-fast-rule, try to limit things to one Proof and one Mint State coin during the start-up which will allow more diversity of participation. everything submitted will be listed unless there's an obvious reason why it shouldn't be!!
one more thing----if you post a picture, please remember to list the grade/service, your (honest) grade estimate if it's raw and both obverse/reverse pictures in jpeg format to make things easy. MrPaseo(Ray) had a suggestion that it might be a nice idea if members could give a brief comment about their coin(s). if there's room to do that it, would y'all want to??

Since the space is still available I can fill it with this undergraded PCGS VF25. I suspect we can find a different date higher grade example around here.
i just did some picture updating, adding anything that was submitted in the last several days. there are quite a few open holes, where's everyone hiding at, especially the early stuff and the Proof issues??
there should be some type of rough webpage by weeks end, i'll provide a linbk when it's available. any suggestions about layout/format are welcome. this project is wide open so if you think there are ways to improve things, definitely suggest away.
we have a preliminary page worked up, nothing fancy, just a simple page with an outline and a beginning of the coin pictures to represent each Type issue. that will be the starting point with refinements and additions with time. if anyone has suggestions , please PM or post here. thanks for the help and most importantly, for the choice to share pictures and get involved.
I did not know if there was a limit on one coin from each PCGS poster or not. Just in case there was not, I have shown a sample of three pretty coins from my collection.
Here is my 1875-S $20 Liberty type II in PCGS MS-67 from the James A Stack collection (no relation to the Stacks in New York)
Here is my 1880 $1 Gold type III in PCGS MS-67 from the Child Collection.
WOWZER!!!!!!!!!! looks like some fresh meat for the set. there's two of us trying to coordinate things so it might take the next couple days to get the additions straight and all my errors corrected.
Forum member, Denis, asked me to post this for him. The coin is an ex-PCGS AU55 (cracked out), EAC XF-40. He's extremely coin literate, but not very computer literate.
Great thread. I sent a couple of candidates. The pics seem a little small on your links, though. I hope I'm not being nit-picky, just an observation. Thanks Keets for doing this!!!

I see you already have a number of IHC proofs, so I'll submit something you don't have yet.
It's an Eliasberg MS64 No Cents nickel - one of my favorite coins because it comes with two stories
