The rims are worn down into the devices, but the date is sharp so it can't be FR-02.

Looks ag-3 at best,

Take off the arrows and then you got something even in that grade????

almost forgot , the rays have to come off also!!

As far as Seated halves go, a full rim is an absolute necessity for a Good-4 grade. It's easy to forget that because so many dealers grade their own material optimistically at coin shows.

As far as cheap......I don't know what the current grey is but I paid $13 with shipping and insurance. How much is one of these going for?
