But, then I'd get in trouble for getting to work late. I'm already on thin ice for screwing around here so much.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
Same with a few others though....but, geez....the OF crew will certainly be lost without being able to be online and spew the stuff they do and whine
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
<< <i>Let's get together at the Kent Dennys and share our finds from the day before. >>
That would be a short visit.
(Note for those who may not get the reference: There's a show on Saturday that'll have about seven tables of the same material that's been hauled around and pawed over for years).

And then it doesn't work
I think I will go to bed very early.....

<< <i>No problem, Russ. Stay up really late Saturday night and then go to bed at 6 AM. Sleep right through noon. You'll never know the sight was down. >>
Part of the problem is that there is no such time as 12 PM or 12 AM. There is only twelve noon
and twelve midnight. Twelve noon occurs in the middle of the day and twelve midnight occurs
between two days. So the question becomes will the site be down from time to time for five
hours or for seventeen hours.
It still astounds me that we have not sat down and agreed to some sort of definitions to solve
this problem. How much advertising has been wasted to promote something at midnight Thurs-
day just to have half the audience tune in a day late or a day early. How much labor and effort
have been wasted and how many lives changed because people aren't on the same page.
So how long will we be down?
Shucks. I guess I do have to catch up on my work in Sunday. Too bad

Very good point. And it seems to happen on the internet with increasing frequency. My latest before this was Superior's deadline of 3/30/05 at 12pm for absentee bidding. Never figured out which it was, but got my bids in by noon. Tried after that to raise one, it went fine. Tried after midnight last night, went fine. Now it finally says absentee bidding closed. So, I agree, is it noon or midnight on Sunday? I'll be golfing at noon, but by midnight I'm gonna want my fair share of abuse.
