I'd say NT all day long. I've got a few Peace PCGS slabs that have somewhat of the same toning going on.

I would say AT, or cleaned and then retoned. Either way, it fell off the ugly tree....

The coin is darker than the image? I haven't seen one like that but I can imagine a tab like holder that produced that toning. Too bad we don't have an image of the holder that the coin was stored in when that toning happened. I vote undecided until I see a holder....

The middle dark area looks NT, the ice blue stuff looks AT.

That's a toughy, but if forced for an answer (im nearly fifty fifty split on this) I'd go with NT.
