Sorry, I realize that the eBay link probably works for everyone else in CU-land, but I'm at a workplace where eBay is essentially BANNED and no links will work to anything even related to that or most any other auction site....which is a bummer, of course.

He's even stated it was a 3 and he was mistaken, also telling people it's alright to retract bids
What are these people waiting for?????

"I took a much closer look at the coins and the 1928 probably is a 1923. The numbers are so close it's very hard to tell at a quick look. Today I looked up photos of this style of coin on the web and the "3" and the "8" are VERY close to each other. So I look at these with a magnifying glass. Looks like a 1923 to me."

What bull. There is no way you can mistake the 3 for an 8. The
3 has balls on the ends which don't touch anything and the 8
doesn't. It's very easy to tell and anyone who claims otherwise
    is trying to pull something.

Good thing it's the error with a V in Trust. image

Once in awhile, I DO buy a lottery ticket though. I'm waiting to see whether the 93 Morgan in this lot is a 98. image It has a mintmark. We'll see. image The California token is junk, as are the rest of the goodies. Who knows.

    Link to my gamble.
