Stiffed by an E-bay buyer?

Anyone ever dealt with this e-bayer or is this a forum member?

He/she won this MS65PL Morgan from This Auction on Jan 22nd and I haven't heard a peep out of him/her.

I have sent 2 invoices and an e-mail.

TODAY - why do I wait so long to do this???? - TODAY - I checked out his feedback. It appears that every 30 sellers or so he just stiffs and that's it, no response, nothing.

Anyone dealt with this person?

However, you do not specify in your auction listing how much time they have to pay, and it has not even been 2 weeks yet. Because you have not specified a time frame you should given him at least a week, possibly 2 weeks before you neg him.

Now given the crummy history of this bidder, you can probably lean on the shorter time frame. However, if this were a bidder with good feedback, a neg after 12 days, when no time frame is specified in the auction, would be unreasonable.
