Icon upload?

Anyone know if the icon upload will be opened up today? Exactly where can I find the button for the upload. Sorry ahead of time if this is mentioned in some obvious location that I failed to notice.

    Carol is at the FUN show this week and I doubt she will have time to turn on the upload feature today.

    While this is likely true, just in case, there will be a button on your profile page, next to your current icon that would allow your to upload a new icon file. Needs to be 10k or smaller and no more than 100X100 pixles.
