Does NGC have online submittion tracking?

You'd think they would as they are one of the big 2 TPGs.

For paid memberships, yes. Us poor people (ANA memberships), no.

Yes they do, i'm tracking some at the moment.
They told me you could only track submissions made
using their online forms, but that's not true.
They just fixed mine tracking number and the last
six submissions know show and only one was with
online forms. One good thing is they do give a 10%
discount if you use online forms.

I didn't think they had an online tracking system even for paid memebers... Is this is a well kept secret ?

If you're a paid member, log in through the Collector's Society link on the main page, and on the next page, select Coins from the drop-down menu. You'll see My Submissions on the menu, and it will take you to a page populated with your last few invoices and any that are pending, along with their status.

I'm waiting for a few too. Economy seems to be running on time, but moderns are backed up 8 business days. That put's the turn-around at about a month for either. What do I know, I'm sending a package to PCGS and one to NGC tommorrow. Hope springs eternal. image Both services are apparently trying to hire graders. I think a few quit after spending a full day grading weiner coins. image

  • To check a submission status online you type in www.ngccoin.com/dealers
then type in your dealer number in both blanks then click" List Invoices".
This will give you a list of all pending invoices.
