Yes, it does rate high on the cool scale! Maybe this guy should look into that "artistic infusion" program the U.S. Mint is running.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

  • Very cool. Definitely a rare talent.

Nice! Even my crippled artistic side likes it.

Wonder what he does to re-tone it from what was probably very shiny silver when the carving was done?

Probably one of these air hammers ...

That is a cool design, has a very 1920's look to it.

Rick Kay has a couple of them (different designs) done by the same guy.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

Geez...I've spent a lot more money than that on coins that didn't have anywhere near that amount of class. I'm a fan!

Impressive work, I was wondering if this was the same guy who made the shoolgirl RKay posted a while back. Here's his Homer nickel.

What's an Ebay rule? Selling a grilled cheese 'Virgin Mary' sandwich for $7,000 is OK??? LOL
    Virgin Mary Grilled LINK

This item was up to $69,107.69 but click on the "bids" and see how many bids were cancelled and retracted. The person who listed this obviously needs some help spelling these words:

    extroidinary
    disingration
    potiental
    recipts
    solem
    potinetal
    potiental
    personell
    thier
    phenomon
    ect
    recieved
    ridiclous
    proivided

I suppose that anyone who can sell a 10 year old grilled cheese sandwich for $69K+ probably doesn't need to learn how to spell. hehehe
