Did anyone notice that Superior's ad took quotes from this msg board?

In the most recent issue of Numismatist, there is an advertisement by Superior Galleries and in it, it quotes some people from "the Collectors Universe website". I assume it means this message board. The quotes are from darktone. Has anyone else noticed this or thought it unusual?

Just curious if they asked you for your permission or not. I am not sure if Superior is related to CU, or if there is something in the user's agreement that allows anyone to quote board members.

There is another thread that discussed this very thing a few weeks ago. I would assume anything said in public is fair game to print? mike

There is no links to the ads in Numismatist. Numismatist is a magazine of the ANA and is not online.

Darktone is quoted twice. Both are about the quality of the catalog. PreTurb is also quoted.

I figure a major auction house must be pretty desperate to resort to lifting its marketing ad copy from a message board.
