Jim Halperin has generously joined Bruce Morelan in donating his World Series of Grading winnings to the ANA's YN program. I think this speaks volumes for today's industry leaders and their support for the future of numismatics.
PCGS congratulates both of these individuals, and thanks them for their investment in the future of the hobby.

Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...
When we are planning for posterity, we ought to remember that virtue is not hereditary.

In another 10 years, he might just do it!

Jim Halperin got 89% out of 100%.He did at least 5 points better than the nearest candidate.
Perhaps Mr. Halperin can get a job grading for PCGS as he can grade as well as anyone at PCGS.Of course he will take a reduction in pay from Heritage.
Heritage is the largest submitter of coins to PCGS.
Is there a possible joining of Heritage and PCGS in the future?
After all Heritage is the worlds largest coin company as well as the largest coin auction company.

That's amazing, I would have guessed that PCGS would be wrong more than 11% of the time
Nice gesture by both gracious winners.

Andy, make a $5000 donation to ANA's YN program and you too will be a winner in my eyes.
