1939-D Merc in MS67FB. The most I've ever spent on a coin, and also my highest graded coin. Yes, that is a small skuff on the holder above the central bands.

Here's my latest four all bought a few months ago... and now i'm seriously out of cash.

English 1554 Queen Mary Groat (Strong Portrait believe it or not)...

British 1732 Roses and Plumes Sixpence (for the date set)...

English 1361 Quarter Noble, slight crease and chip at 2 o'clock...

And my favourite...

Probably one of the highest grading examples left in existence, 1693 William and Mary Sixpence of Briain and i got it for a good price too! $950 which is the catalogue price, i've seen VF ones go for more than the book price so i'm happy with this one in AEF with pleasing tone.

I also just picked up a 1935-S dollar, although not as nice as DHeath's, I'm pretty happy for $130
(I'm sure his cost quite a bit more)
