I would grade it at MS-64 because it looks a little weak in the strike. I would guess they graded it MS-65.

well, depending on if there is rim damage, but if not I'd grade it ms66 (I don't know as much about Morgans as Lincolns). Sometimes those green pci labels are conservative, maybe pci says ms64 or ms65!

Judging from the pic, she looks to be a 65, assuming thats a photo issue and not a ding at 1:00.If thats an old "slant 6" PCI Green Label, I'm guessing 64PQ, and if its the PCI Green just before gold label,maybe 66 or 66PL.

Doesn't look like any major marks, only some light scuffing but it's flat over the ear so I wouldn't go any higher than 64.

Hmm. Depends on whether that is a PCI or a Hallmark holder, I guess.

Im gonna say I would grade it MS-63. Im gonna say that they either thought it was amazing and gave it like a MS-67 or thought it was trash and went real hard on it and gave it like a MS-60 maybe even lower. Seriously say it though, whats the grade?

I'm still confused though- it has the pci shape, the pci green border and fonts... and it says hallmark on the slab???
