I was outbid by a sniper for $116 from a (1) feedback seller. Maybe I wish I bid more.
It looks like maybe staple scratch on the reverse at 3 o'clock

    Man shes pretty. I dont think the staple scratch would affect that too much! sorry to hear you lost it!

    It's a sharp looking coin with a lot of "meat" (detail), but it also looks like it might have harshly cleaned too. If the piece has the general is appearance as it shows in the picture, a body bag could be in its future, or perhaps has been in its past. image
    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals.     Likewise. I was gonna say it looks like it's been cleaned, pretty heavily. I wouldn't feel too bad if I were you.

    Actually if it has been harshly cleaned I probably would have won it. image

    The seller is 1 week old and has only 1 transaction where he bought a slot machine. and the rest of his coins are pretty junky.

    I was willing to gamble too, but didn't want to bet too much on this coin.

    Oh well, I'll go with the cleaned crowd and be happy I lost out. Thanks for the input image
