Poll: To crack or not to crack

A certain member has requested my Coin photo Imaging services. The coin he sent me is in a slab and the slab has scuffs on it and is just being a pain to image. Should he be convinced to crack out it for MUCH BETTER PICTURES?image

That's why he sent you the coin-so you could overcome the problems with imaging the slabbed coin without removing it.

I would think only one persons opinion would matter in this poll.

What does he want you to do?

    Cosmic - (and others)

There is a product called NOVUS Polish that was developed for polishing acrylic. We use where I work (machining of plastic parts). It does a superb job of removing scuffs and light scratches on slabs. Just make sure the cloth you use is soft.

Website, it is sold over the counter at a place near you in Bridgeport named Modern Plastics.

    Great difference !

Bill , the link doesn't work, and it's because it's directed to your shopping cart, even when the url is fixed.
