Does this toning pattern imply that the coin has been cleaned/wiped?

Not that my opinion means squat, but some of my SAE's seem to have similar toning.
in the double mint sets which could explain the toning around the edges.

So there are a lot of different ways you see toning on Stone Mountains, and a lot of different explanations as to how it got there.
What is truly hard to come by is to find them with vibrant colors. Real rainbow colors. I've seen a few, but true color coins are hard to come by.

I've seen others with similar toning. Not my favorite toning but still a nice original coin.
Has RYK gone KKK?
For those of you not familar with the history, Stone Mountain Georgia was the headquarters of the KKK in 1925 the year the commem was minted. Many KKK ties to the people who supported the legislation.
Yikes, John, I had no idea! Without getting too personal, let's just say that the KKK would be more likely to burn a cross on my lawn than accept me as one of their own.
Thanks all for the opinions and advice.
