    Tell him you bought it sight unseen for PF60 money and ask him to have the coin reholdered in the lower grade (PF58) and a check for the difference in value.

    I'm sorry Russ! That is a PR55 if I ever saw one and you should get compensation 4 or maybe 5 times the difference. I can't believe they didn't verify the grade before slabbing it!image
