Never heard of SGS are they a real grading company or not? IT says SGS - AMERICAS GRADING on the slab.

And yes they are a real grading service. They accept outside submissions, grade the coins, seal them in a holder so as to ensure that the coin received is the actual coin graded, and they even issue a COA along with the slab. So they qualify as a grading service. Whether or not you want to trust their grading is another matter entirely. Look at the coins and see if you agree with the assigned grade. If not then just decline. As I said earlier I have the lowest graded SGS slab I've ever seen, a 68.
