1972 Canadian Dollar toned

Photo doesn't come close to showing the true colors. Also, coin isn't as fuzzy in person.

ICG SP68 And yes it is AT, attractively toned. Gotta love those RCM holders from the early 70s.

This is one coin I may want to get 'professionally' photographed. Maybe I'll send it to someone.

It sure looks a stunner. Yes, have it photographed and post it again. I'd love to see it.

Kelly's not home. Parent/teacher conferences tonight. I hope to be in bed and sound asleep by time she gets home. She usually isn't in the best of moods after these conferences and being in school for 12+ hours.

Don that does look like a great coin with lots of nice color. Taking photos through a TPG slab does not work as well as a raw coin. I try to image all my coins before I submit them.

If you have a tripod try to set your self up with a table or stand or something to place the coin on. I found an overhead light source works good, and use the time delay function on your camera so you are not holding/touching it when the picture is taken.

Glenn, I did use a tripod. image The fuzziness came when I resized the image for the CU attachment.

    You can do this Don:

Just do what Glenn says and use a copystand or tripod (for me a copy stand works best) and the time delay setting.

Darn, now I have to figure out how to use the time delay setting. This is beginning to hurt my brain.

Still can't get the full coloration of the coin. This truly is a coin that must be seen in person.
