    Well you can't find coins like this in the flea market! This 1d must be very similar to another of the same date,that was recently added by one of our members to his George III type set.

    Who knows.... I know that recently an acquaitance of mine found a French silver coin from the reign of Louis XIII found and bought it for 10 cents (!). The catch here was that the coin was so black and dirty that the seller thought it was a worthless copper piece of junk.

    Another find (and I am the beneficiary in that case) is a Cretan 5 lepta... not the best, but I like it nonetheless image
