Is this bogus toning on this Peace Dollar?

I GOT THESE COINS FROM AN OLD MAN WHO HATES TONED COINS
It looks phony as hell to me, but I live in the State of Confusion.

The toned coin sellers are getting their due so to speak today.
Most collectors in the not too distant past hated toned coins.
Now with the online buying and selling , with a little marketing push
on those big inventories of unwanted toners, some guys are doing
far better than they ever dreamed.
Now they pray the dream never ends.
All this AT stuff could kill it all though.
Let's put things into perspective. When someone ATs a coin they are damaging it and ruining it forever. Maybe this is your thing now, AH, but perhaps some time down the line you will realize that AT coins are a bad deal for the collectors of today and tomorrow.
