Interesting Ebay offering of PCGS MS63 1907 $20 High Relief

No reserve, not the typical type of item the seller deals in, unusual location listed for the seller and strict terms of sale/requirements for bidders' feedback. This sale might be perfectly legit, in which case someone might end up getting a good buy. Or.....
I hope this does not appear to be unfair to the seller. I welcome feedback from those who think posts like this are unfair.
Edited to add: Whoops, sorry I forgot the link. Thanks Cameron!

If this is a legitimate sale, the seller may be banking on the fact that the popularity of this coin combined with the fact that it is a PCGS piece will pull him though.

then look at the address where the winner's coin will be shipped from, (supposedly)
hmmm, no reserve on a coin like that?
seems too good to be true, to me.

<< <i>I only accept SERIOUS BIDDER with at least 4 rating on their account. Bidder who had 0 feedback, but still PLACE BID on my items will not be tolerated. I will blocked them and reported to eBay. >>
But then in his feedback file he types with perfect sounding english.
<< <i>Response by dmsekhon - Very professional transaction at a bargain basement price, thanks >>
Not to mention the comma.
Does anyone send money to Indonesia w/o escrow? I'd hope not.

What kind of recourse do you have if this seller stiffs you?
Escrow service not withstanding, this auction appears to me as being
rife with danger.
Obviously a real idiot since Mark warned us all.

He may be using an internet automatic translator program. I do that when I'm bidding on German auctions and the translated versions of sellers' e-mail usually sound like this guy's post.

Not once, but twice?!?!?!?!?!
I agree wholeheartedly. He does have a habit of bidding way too high on high-grade rare coins that seem to originate in Singapore and Indonesia. He hasn't got burned though, since most of these auctions mysteriously disappear a couple of hours after he bids.
