Well, I finally got my password and can join in the fun !
I have been lurking for the past couple of weeks, and have already learned a great deal.....I thank you all for that and look forward to further enriching my numismatic knowledge!
I started collecting coins as a teenager, but nothing more serious than interesting pocket change. About 3 years ago I had a horse fall and shatter my leg, and thus was laid up on the couch for a few months. Got to watching the slimeballs on the Coin Vault et. al and bought my first slabbed Morgan (an 1880-S Pcgs MS66 for around $225). Sent it back (it was really ugly), but they got me interested again.
I have now fallen in with the toned crew, sold all my white coins and have become a rainbow fanatic for Morgan and Walking Liberty's.

We welcome your insights, but stay away from the trolls.

Have fun and enjoy the knowledge (it is free) and the pain (will cost you, has to or it will not be called pain).
I love Ike dollars and all other dollar series !!!
I also love Major Circulation Strike Type Sets, clad Washingtons ('65 to '98) and key date coins !!!!!
If ignorance is bliss, shouldn't we have more happy people ??

Oh great, more competition. Actually I don't do Morgans or Walkers so maybe we will get along after all. Seriously though, welcome aboard.

We appologize for the Troll takeover today. We'll probably get back to talking about coins sometime tomorrow. Look forward to your input.

This is the only Rainbow Morgan, or any Rainbow coin for that matter, that I have. It`s a PCGS 1884-O MS63.
