Hello All.....

Well, I finally got my password and can join in the fun ! image
I have been lurking for the past couple of weeks, and have already learned a great deal.....I thank you all for that and look forward to further enriching my numismatic knowledge!
I started collecting coins as a teenager, but nothing more serious than interesting pocket change. About 3 years ago I had a horse fall and shatter my leg, and thus was laid up on the couch for a few months. Got to watching the slimeballs on the Coin Vault et. al and bought my first slabbed Morgan (an 1880-S Pcgs MS66 for around $225). Sent it back (it was really ugly), but they got me interested again. image
I have now fallen in with the toned crew, sold all my white coins and have become a rainbow fanatic for Morgan and Walking Liberty's.

Oh great, more competition. Actually I don't do Morgans or Walkers so maybe we will get along after all. Seriously though, welcome aboard.

Welcome! Collect all the toned Morgans you wish, just please don't collect 18th and 19th Century type coins as there is already too much competition for those. image

  • I did the same thing! I got hit by a car and couldnt do anything, thank god for that helmet. I found the joy of coins when I went through my former grandfathers collection.

  • Welcome to the boards.

This is the only Rainbow Morgan, or any Rainbow coin for that matter, that I have. It`s a PCGS 1884-O MS63.
