Look everybody, Russ has invited PEPPERDOODLES to the Forum!

That's right. Russ says he has had numerous e-mail conversations with Pepperdoodles. See this thread

And now PEPPERDOODLES is posting here as Doops. When can we expect the life member of ANA to begin offering a return privilege?

  • Welcome Pepperdoodles.

Thank you for being man enough to acknowledge who you are on ebay.

    btw... got any proof JFK's?
  • Why not invite him or anyone else to this forum? He can explain his side or expose himself for what he is. Good &/or bad or in between.

I will admit that so far I have not been impressed, but I have only read some of his 8 or so posts.

Cool. I'm glad I didn't say anything bad about him because somebody said he carried bail money to shows with him in case he needed to beat up somebody.

A very interesting writing style that Doops has - and very recognizable.

The last time I read an e-mail like that was when a seller sold me a fake gold dollar.

I sent it back but they didn't get it - I was out a couple hundred bucks.

At least until I make it to that state and trash their antique store - then I will feel better.
  • LMAO...

You are an amusing little toad.

Let's see how manly you really are. Let's play our own little game of "survivor."

    I'll start a poll thread...

Shall we see which of us gets voted off the island?

edit: question directed to DTROLL (lest there be any confusion)

  • Sinin1- You mean he sold you a fake gold dollar, you returned it, he keeps the coin and refused to refund your purchase price? Wow! They have a word for that. image

ok, tell them who you are chicken little. you are about to make headlines on the c/u and be gone for good. i'll even make a market spread on the bets and take legitimate spreads that it's i who ends up exposing him instead of he himself so they can see you are the motherload SCUMBAG OF ALL. what BOY wont be a man and now come clean with his own identity?? i'll tell you who,a rotten, scheming no good to the core scumbag that the coin business despises, thats who! that's why he dont want you good honest dealers and collectors to know who he is. so hey wannabe dchump, tell them your email adresses, your ebay id's,your m/o's so they can see the hypocracy and scheming for themselves. then we'll move on to serious debate of any real issues anyone cares to discuss about coins, auctions, honoring ana rules (which by the way folks does not include auctions, anyone who cares to put thought into this read the disclamer right under the bid slot on any ebay lot out of millions listed). try it with heritage, superior, stacks,b&m,my good friend jay doing well at scotmans,it dont work that way fellas. the ones who do it are overgrader scums for the most part not wanting to be negged rght off ebay, their last forum to operate in) auctions are big boy venues, not for whiney babies. just because they all dont know who you really are dchump and i do means what? nothing yet. but your 15 minutes of fame days are over on here bud. i've had it,so have they. you are a liar,a cheat and what every coin collector or coin collection inheritor fears the most. a con man, ripoff street mentality punk undeserving of the values, dignity and monetary rewards and joys one gets out of trading rare coins in an honest legtimate fashion whether it be via done deal auctions, direct approval sales or buying a collection to blow out wholesale. you fit none of the above which is why you have been ousted from every legitmate trading forum you ever attempted and people, none on here really know yet,but soon wont touch you with a ten foot poll, not even to whack you upside your gutter bum head.

    Hi Jeff
Did you have a nice Xmas? Did you take your family out for a nice dinner on my $35. Of course, $35 doesn't buy much these days but I hope you and yours had a pleasent evening on me.

    Happy Holidays to you. image

you nutcase. you never sent me anything back. you were trying to pull a sego,it didnt work so now that's your story. it's a shame folks are such liars and irresponsible babies and furthermore anyone who would pay 125k for,yes a rare coin indeed but worth about 10-12g tops is not quite right to begin with. let it go man. i kept your coin, responsibly. you kept mine, whiningly. nuff said. i'm not dissussing it any more either. you also have lied, made up crap and even postd the emails to prove it. got to bed, you have nothing of significance to add and are just another tale teller who wont take responsibility for their own actions..

    Ok Dcamfranklin,
I'll play along but I answered that question in another thread. To make a long story short, I trusted this guy's auction description, photo's and feedback only to get screwed out of a measly $35. But all has been forgotten and forgiven so Jeff can live and be happy with himself. I really feel sorry for the guy who got tooken for $1400. That's a substantial loss. Better than a year back there was another seller by the name of something Silva who took thousands of dollars from several buyers and ended up with some 30 negs after maintaining very respectable feedback. Last I heard there was a peoples verse Silva lawsuit and the guy ended up leaving the country for Europe. That guy owes me $216! I'll never see that either.

you have GOT to be a democrat with your totally ambiguous lies and mistruths. i do facts and actualities ONLY. you bought my coin same time i bought yours. you whined, i didnt. your lot was accurate,so was ours. yeah,i'd have liked a $100 hit with a strong 55 67cam nick but it was a moderate hazed $10 coin max and you would have liked a $100 hit with a 67 shot 68 dcam 60 nick which it was and you probabaly got. at and up to this point you are a paultry pile-on participator with no credibility whatsoever to any of your ramblings and lies. buzzzzzzz off

    What actions are those Jeff?
    Here's that auction description again;

PQ STRONG 1960 PR66 CAMEO JEFFERSON NICKEL Item # 1350883146

PQ ! NICE EXTRA HEAVY CAMEO OBVERSE AND AN ULTRA SUPERB REVERSE WITH SUPER DEEP,PLATELIKE,GLASSY MIRRORS. EXCELLENT EYE APPEAL. BUYER PAYS ACTUAL UPS LOWER 48. GOOD LUCK !!

But Jeff, the coin you sent me did not match your description or your pictures....the obverse wasn't even a cameo.

Can you explain your actions? Did you switch coins on me?

    Hey Jeff
Not long ago I paid $400 plus dollars for the following coin, doesn't it bother you in the least that you have lost a custumer over $35? Unless you can square things up with me, I will never bid in your auctions again. I would like to but you can't be trusted.

obviously you do NOT know cameos, date particulars, etc. i cant discuss or educate you in a collegiate sense about cameos when you are obviously in preschool knowledgewise with your posts and lies you have put here. you either know what you are doing or you dont and judging by your 53-s franky purchase i'm suspecting you have much more money to waste than sense. hold on to what little you have at this point. you are infinitely buried for over 100k. but if you had to have it have it then. woopie do

what you mean is you screwed up a very good, one of the widest source quanity and quality-wise of 1950 -1970 cameo proof coinage at the right prices and are having a feeling of regret for having done so. too bad because unless it's an id i dont recognize you wont be getting ANYthing from us ever again.

that was not really what it sounded like. it meant the only way to deal with some folks like dchump is essentially whacking them upside the head at what ever the cost. that works they understand that and that will sure enough ends all their bullsh*t. they dont understand, abide by or conduct business according to legitmate pratices and are jealous of successful people who have become something that they NEVER will be nor never could be from the getgo, an honest legitiate rare coin dealer.
tell them who are you dchump? tell them, tell them quickly. they want to know. i already know you are a pissant and you know i and sandy know it, but they dont (or most dont, some dont or havent figured it out yet. all it takes is a little detective work and the right ebay and c/u contacts and phone calls) i'll tel you what,i'll post my coin business tax returns, you? heh heh. felony bound arent you? purchase orders from individuals where it was up to me to be honest with because they didnt know, etc, etc because i desire and yearn with a passion to be a straight forward honest coin dealer and make a fair profit. dchump is a skimmer off the top, reports nothing,is a criminal and has the criminal mentality as if you all cant already tell. he is puking his weakling fear of exposure guts out about now...heh, and yeah i'm liking it. when you all find out the real deal you will know what i have said. as far as the pile-on-er's. i know it gets that way sometimes. it's like walking outside downtoen and looking up,most everyone else is too. and most i can forgive and forget about. some however have crossed the line to never go back because they are slanderous troublemakers witht that type of mindset. too bad for you guys. ok for the rest... days are numbered. and no i'm not wasting a bunch of time on all this until finality is acheived. then any of you are more than welcomedto visit out ebay auctions buy our coins out of teletrade or be put on our direct list of approval buyers, etc, etc. the crock of crap here is about to be over though.

no, close though. but he falls WAY WAY below agc's detriment to the unwary and damage to our great hobby. you'll see. i suspect by tomorrow he'll be shutting up and be gone. if i were him i'd be devleoping a completely newfound identity and not try to go to any more shows to buy scam goods where people who may have gotten wind of his crap here know about him. it'll take him to the little boondock 10 table shows to make purchases to rip folks on. he's about done now
  • well, for someone who is going to such an effort to portray themselves as professional and capable of debating the facts, whatever they may be, doops has certainly demonstrated he is incapable of putting together an intelligent thought.

  • doops knows the risk you take when bidding on ebay coins from scans(one day i checked and he bid on every pre 1971 proof set that looked like it might have a cam or dcam)...the only sure thing is when it's a slab being sold...if someone cracks it and wants to submit it for upgrade it's their risk...if someone buys a coin looking to upgrade and finds the coin to be not upgradeable IT'S THEIR RISK.......don't bid on coins from scans on ebay.... that being said i will not defend any party in this battle and I ask Russ to un invite pepperdoodles to participate in this forum....that is unless he and the other antagonists want to stop the childishness!!!!

Sure Keets. I have nothing to hide. I am also known as uncle.sam.coins on eBay. I have always had my pm function open. You can scratch my name off your nag list now. Your turn DCAMFranklin, or would you prefer to wait until after you legitimately file this year's tax return? image
  • Well this is certainly an interesting thread here. I am new to all this so I can't really include any worthwhile opinion but damn if this what 'coin collectors' and 'dealers' are like I don't think I do want to continue with this hobby. I understand that all business's have arguments like this but they don't spurt it all to the public, that's what the media is for unfortunatly. The thing is there are no media rats here to open it up to the public and make headline news in the STAR and National Enquirer.

Again I have no true voice here but why has this not been kept between those envolved? For those who had problemed dealings just don't deal with him any more, eat up your losses like everyone does <not only with coins> and dealers just continue doing what your doing, if you're fair and ethically business will continue to be fine and if your not hopefully you're business will fail woefully.

    eminem,

The only problem with that is that I didn't invite him. Ask yourself a simple question. If I did invite him, do you think I'd tell the toad that started this thread? Or, to put it more clearly, said toad is a liar.

    Russ,

Thanks for inviting Pepperdoodles AKA Doops (sincerely).

We should all be so lucky as to hear both sides of the story. I had invited Mr. Funderburke, as well, some time ago, but I guess he's not taken much advice from me.

Seems I'm not the only that has some concerns. At least that makes me feel better.
