Robert Scot, although he was an SOB (I apologize to my canine friends!) who guarded his position at the mint at the expense of John Reich. I've always been a fan of the Draped Bust design and coins of that era.
His best design was the Draped Bust designs (1795 - 1808) were the best. The Matron Head cents (1816-35) were the worst.
