Need help grading this 1907 proof Barber half

Can anyone give me a clue as to the grade on this. Fields are highly reflective, but hard to photograph. Looks slightly cameo, more so on the reverse. There are some vertical scratches on Liberty's jaw and neck.

Wayne - Very hard to tell by the scan. Is it hairlined? If so, maybe Pr62 or 63 at the highest. The lighting seems to highlight cloudy or impaired surfaces. Doesn't look like a high end Proof.

It's really hard to grade Proof coins in this forum. I've posted pictures of a couple of pieces that have nice mirrors, but they show up dull as dishwater here.

The coin looks dull, cloudy and unattractive; and from that I'd be tempted to say PR-62 or 63. But if the coin does have reflective surfaces that play with the light in pleasing ways it could be a PR-64.

I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

Unless a proof coin is really ugly, the grading comes down to hairlines, which you typically cannot see in an image. You'll be spending a lot of time looking for an attractive PF or Unc. Barber Half. Many of the high grade Barber Halves out there are not attractive coins. Don't be in a hurry to buy one.

Man that thing looks like it's suffering from a bad dip job but it looks 64 tops.
What's that going on at the left bottom of Liberty's neck and thew ribbon in the first pict? That looks like trouble and if it's a staple scratch could bring the grade down to 63 or lower depending on the severity of it.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

From what I can see 62 at best.
