Which Registry Set do you wish was your own?

I'd have to say the EBL III Franklin Proofs.

1) It's got DCAM Franklins so that's a big plus and 2) It is unbeatable (he has all of the pop 1 coins except 1).

Second would be the Sam Bloomfield $2.50 gold proof set (but that was graded in PCGS's imagination).

I'll take Jim Swan's complete type set. While it might not be the #1 registered, the coins I got to see in it were all nice looking coin with good eye appeal. No buying the plastic for this set.

Eliasbergs complete gold typeset. I figure the grade estimate is off by 1-1/2 to 2 points. I wonder why PCGS didn't put an Eliasberg "estimated" set up for the complete US typeset entry?

Would rather go through all of the sets and cherry pick one coin too my liking and build one hell of a Type Set. Since that is not going to happen I'll take Joshua's # 1 Alltime Merc Set. Some real lookers are in that set.

The Swan type set was broken up. And I have one piece!

I would want High Desert's complete type set. He still has his set.

I believe Jim Swan still has the early dated material from his complete type set. I also bought one of his coins( 1910 PR66 $2.5), and from what I managed to see of the other coins being offered, all were exceptional. Zerbe

I would have to take the Jim Swan Type Set because of the variety and quality of coins. If not, the Cardinal Early Dollar Set. It is still one of my favorites. So that would be my number 2 choice.

I ended up with Swan's twenty cent piece in PR 64. That was my big coin purchase of the year. Actually it was a big purchase, the coin itself is fairly small

I saw that Cardinal Early Dollar set at the Santa Clara show. Nice coins! But to me I'd personally rather have a type set. Each coin in a type set is so obviously different the others. I also saw the 1913 Liberty Nickel. Again I'd trade that away for type coins.

I think I would have to say Stewart Blays Lincoln set. The Lincoln was always my favorite as a kid, and still is one of my favorites. mdwoods.

Without a doubt, even without seeing it, is High Desert's complete type set. I wish he just share the PICTURES of it with the world.

Typetone's now retired mint state Eisenhower set. Not the most expensive set, by by far the most beautiful with all those PKOKs

Seriously, it would be hard for me to argue with TDNs proof Trade Dollar set, including the NGC pieces that he is not allowed to register in the PCGS registry.
