Hi, I am new to the site, but wish i had found you sooner. I have collected coins on and off for 27 years. My favorites are proof liberty head nickels, proof seated dimes. I wish I could collect the higher end grades, but I do enjoy what I do collect. I am now addicted to reading the posts at least twice a day, have learned so much in a short time, and have never laughed so hard at some of them. Keep up the good work. Mark

Excellent! A new member who brings a sense of humor to the boards. We need all of you guys we can get. Welcome!
Someone else on this thread mentioned "coin humor." I went to the library looking for a volume of that. I found a paper thin book called "Coin Chuckles" right between "Consider Depression" and Aldolfus' "Can You Survive the Plague?"
Coin humor is in short supply. Me, I welcome it.

Welcome aboard. Sometimes we all LOL even when the poster is dead serious. This place is a great resource for what ails you.
How come your quote function obviously works and mine doesn't? Dang it, nothing works on this contraption. I can't even get the italics to kick in without it grabing my whole post. Yesterday, I finally made an arrowhead out of flint, and now they expect me to master a computer. It ain't fair.
Beware these boards, abmluce. Addicted? I'm supposed to be working right now (and I like my work) but, I just can't seem to tear myself away.....
