    keith,

but maybe generic ms65 morgans are the ones he's found that he can move effectively. it's what his people want. a generic ms65 morgan is a "bang for the buck" coin. i'd rather have a nice ms65 morgan than take out a mortgage on an ms67, the difference being a tiny, nearly imperceivable nick somewhere. I don't think that makes him a "bad" dealer.

i would equate that with calling Walmart a "bad" store and Marshall Field's a "good" store. if the average collector went to a show and found 100 dealers selling nothing but museum-quality coins at outrageous prices who refused to negotiate, i doubt the concensus would be that they were "good" dealers.

  • Kranky- Thank you for providing the link to Win Carner's Ebay auctions. I had asked Adrian for it and then the thread was rudely interupted by the scumbag Pepperdoodles. Your help is greatly appreciated. image

Deb and Win can both be equally successful, just like Yugo and Porsche can both be successful.

So, is Winthrop the Yugo or the Porsche??
