No Product number / SKU confirms that this was indeed special, not for retail, and an "off the grid" official Mint product, so to speak.

Perhaps the Mint or Hollis will confirm the Mintage and more details about this special release soon?

I note that the copywrite date on the Team USA coin is 2026 while it is 2025 on the other coin packaging.

I was at the August 6 White House reception and received the coin there. Interestingly, U.S. Mint Director Paul Hollis was also at the reception and was specifically recognized by the President during the remarks.

You mean like enough to cover a really nice car, or maybe even a small house somewhere? I would think some know what they have. But if they knew what they had, I would have also guessed there'd be one through PCGS and up on Great Collections by now to test that market.
