I picked this up last month in the Heritage error coin auction, so no peeking if you want to GTG. It is in an older ANACS "soapbox" holder, of the vintage that might have contributed to the beautiful toning. This may be the same example a friend owned in the 2000s and eventually sold to late forum member Broadstruck. It is weird to think there are two of them around if not.

Looks like it has a rim clipped planchet.
GTG MS62
Uncirculated plus grades start at MS62 and haven't been used by ANACS.

I type that and then I go over to eBay where one of my saved searches is 1922 Errors, from when I was researching the 1922 Cent book, and there this is:

When I viewed the obverse image, I was thinking at least MS62, maybe MS63. But once I saw the reverse, I couldn’t get past MS62.

Clipped classic commems are way more common than you would expect. They are most frequently seen on Stone Mountain, Alabama, and BTW/GWC halves. The planchets for the Alabama issue in particular were poorly made, I've seen many with small fissures or ragged rim clips. I have maybe a dozen different issues in my collection, the four in my type album are the Bay Bridge, California, Maine, and Alabama.
