Whats up with the B in Liberty on the shield?

Looks like a strike thru on the shield.

Toning is even over the whole shield, so the trouble could be as minted.
I go w/UNC Details. Shame, but a common date.
This is a straight grade CAC coin (as are all coins for this experiment), feel free to guess again.

Looks very nice and pretty much mark free except for the strike-thru (which I think is very cool!), although I suspect the luster is a little subdued.

I agree. It looks like a very nice attractive 58. It's not my series but I bet it's one of the finest 58's.
When I first looked, I said a strong AU58 or a nice MS64.
