Nico Collins missed practice again today. I believe that will rule him out for sunday. I believe that players have to participate in 2 practices: 1 non contact, 1 contact in order to make it through the protocol. Collins has not participated all week and tomorrow is their last practice before Sundays game.

    Hes been ruled out

I just don’t see how 49ers can win but it is the NFL. Any given Sunday

Darnold is hurt and hasn't been great second half of the season. He got shook in week 18 and the playoffs last year 49ers still have CMC.

Will the 49ers win? I don't think so. But...

It’s an unusual playoff schedule with some of the regulars not in attendance and teams like the Bears and Patriots seeming to benefit from playing a last place schedule. One thing, though, it’s more exciting not having the Chiefs, Eagles, Ravens, etc. that have been there every year.

Now, if only Buffalo was gone!!! 😂

    Go Denver.
    Go Houston.

Will Darnold play today? if he does, how effective can he be?

I find this to. be extremely odd that Darnold came up. with an oblique injury in practice?

I don't buy it at all

Sometime around mid-season it started to look like things would be different. The “old guard” was looking tired and unmotivated. The time is now for some new stories to be written and new legacies born. Somebody is going to do something in the next few weeks that fans will talk about for a long time.

    That’s exciting!!

    i see a way -- if Darnold doesn't play

Seattle has been resting up and getting healthy for the past two weeks, and out of nowhere an injury to their QB that could potentially end their season

    My predictions:

Seattle over San Francisco (I don't care for either team so I can't lose. One of them will be gone.)
Denver over Buffalo (Sadly that will have the Patriots going to Denver which is hard to beat at home.)
    New England over Houston
Chicago over Los Angeles. (I think the cold will get to the Rams, and the Bears have more rabbit's feet than a ten footed bunny,)

First play and this idiot from Buffalo. wants to lead with his helmet and knock himself out

I'm not sure I've ever seen a more clear cut Helmet to Helmet and targeting not get called

Buffalo has not had the fumbles bounce their way yet. they recovered one that was negated by off sides. couldnt cover up Nix fumble later and now Cooks just lost one.

they need to clean it up! otherwise the offense is doing very well though

    Well.

This Denver v Buffalo game is clearly not going to be a repeat of the 31-7 Buffalo win of last year.

    Go Denver.

Josh Allen is the GOAT in this game, and we are using the OLD definition of the term.

Under a minute and it looks like Denver is setting up to win the way they did all season, close games taken in the 4th quarter.

Brandin Cooks has to catch that ball

period, end of story, exclamation mark

you cannot, under any circumstance, allow the d-back to wrestle the ball out of your hands with a spot in the AFC Champ game on the line

    that game was over

Glad Denver pulled out the win.

For some reason Denver has come out on top in multiple games of 10 points or less this year (12 wins vs. 2 losses in these close games).

Feel sorry for the Bills and Josh Allen. Post season losses continue.

    The game was very entertaining.

    On to the AFC championship.

I was hoping Buffalo would win for the sake of the Patriots. Now if the Patriots win, they will have to play in Denver. It’s hard for the visitors to win there.

😳 In a season fraught with devastating injuries, this one is tops. Wow. 😮 edit to add: I watched the handshakes after the game ended. Nix met Josh Allen and they had a prolonged meeting . Nix did most of the talking, he must have been telling Allen what just happened to him. Injury was on the second to last play of OT.

I never like seeing guys get hurt but realistically if probably doesnt change much/ One of the picks was suspect that should have been reviewed but it was the 5 turnovers from the defense that won the game

Denver gets a home game no matter what. Their defense can win games. Jared Stidham could be the next Doug Williams. Ya never know. [said Tony Romo] 😉

if Jarrett Stidham is one of the starting quarterbacks in the Super Bowl, i'm going to have the best looking yard in the neighborhood the morning after the game

Denver was not supposed to beat Buffalo and Bo Nix is not good enough to win a playoff game.

Bo Nix is out with an injury and the mantra is now that Denver has no chance to win in the AFC title game since Bo Nix is injured.

If Denver somehow manages to win the Superbowl I wonder what astetisk will be placed next to Denver's name on the trophy (to explain why Denver's title really does not count).

Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow and Justin Herbert combined playoff record….. 16-17 with one SB appearance and zero SB wins.

    Patrick Mahomes playoff record…..
17-4 with 5 Super Bowl appearances and 3 SB wins.

Yeah……. I’m gonna go ahead and say Mahomes and the Chiefs are going to make it back to the SB before any of those good regular season QB’s do.

Sanction….. you never heard any of that negative Denver talk from me…. and I’m a Chiefs fan who really dislikes them. The reason I don’t trash talk them….. when they hired Sean Payton they instantly became legitimate. It was the best coaching hire either Denver, the Chargers or Raiders have made in years. It didn’t take him long to mold that team into a group of winners.
I do think they have a chance next game, nobody should be saying they don’t even without Nix.
Your coach will have that team prepared for a battle, that’s a certainty.

    Darin.

    Props to you.

KC, Denver, the Chargers and the Raiders have been AFL foes and NFL AFC West foes since the 1960s. While I am a Denver fan, I have always liked KC and the Chargers. I have never liked the Raiders. Some great games between Denver, KC and the Chargers.

KC will retool and be back in the playoffs soon. Hopefully Denver will continue its ascent since Payton was hired.

I definitely dislike the Raiders more also. But I have a long memory and I can’t forget the Chiefs always chasing Elway around and he would either run for 30 yards or find an open receiver for 30 yards. I think he may be underrated in how elusive he was. He was hard to bring down, great at dodging potential tackles.
I was rooting for the Bills to get to the SB but I have no problem cheering for the Broncos now…. I like a good underdog story. Good luck to Denver!
