Wow, now you cant even use the report feature at all? It just keeps getting better and better with eBay. Any lawyers here? what would it take to win a class action against eBay for damaging the entire coin industry?

This feature is no longer supported. To submit a report, go back to the item, tap the three dot icon, select "Help & Report" and then "Submit report." Or, tap the question mark icon and select "Submit report."

Yea I'm over it, my patience has run out, to have a button that redirects to "no longer supported" and then play a game of "where's Waldo" is just ridiculous. The counterfeits, and all of the junk listings that generate dozens of phone calls every week from treasure hunters. I'd love to see the ANA organize a class action, raise funds from dealers and other auction houses. No more counterfeits, start charging for listings, stop collecting tax when non taxable, etc.
You’re kidding me right? Based in Hong Kong, one negative feedback? Even the most basic AI model should be able to tell you this listing isn’t legitimate.
it takes a lot of reports to get one removed. we hammered on the most recent one for maybe 38 hours and who knows how many people before it was taken down
Back in the day, Ebay use to be a great venue for buying and selling. All they care about today is money! A lot of corporations have fallen into this mindset. Sad!!! Diligent research is the main priority for purchasing today.

And the ANA has sold a table to Ebay at the WFOM at OKC. Just great.
Visit them and express your concerns. It can't hurt and if enough people complain, they may take this problem seriously.

Has anyone seen these ads on TV about "buying a full pound of Morgan Silver Dollars?"
They open up with a piece in MS-64 or better, and don't show what you will get until later IF what you are getting is genuine.
Guys like this might not know enough to know that they are filling the bags with at least SOME counterfeits.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

Ohhhhhhh man serious? I feel sorry for whomever is working their table....
Anyone want to loan me a bunch of counterfeits? Between those and the mint bag full of "errors" I'll be bringing to the show now, those poor chumps are going to be awfully busy at their table. We should hand them out and form a line longer than the one at PCGS .

@ianrussell - while i have been cajoling others to endlessly bug ebay in okc, you have a reasonable complaint with them since it seems difficult to do something about counterfeits bearing counterfeit GC auction house tags
if such a route were to exist, GC could also inform them of counterfeit auction house tags...
(( I've mentioned many times on the forum counterfeit cac stickers exist. on a thread last night was an ebay auction of counterfeit everything including the bean. cac needs the route too ))
And the worst is, if you keep filing reports and keep getting this answer, eventually they're going to brand you a Boy Who Cried Wolf and block you from filing any more reports.
The core problem seems to me to be that eBay's AI is being governed by eBay's Community Values, the number one of which is, famously, that "people are basically good". I don't know what planet eBay came from when it wrote that, but here on Earth, people are basically scum.

Don't you wonder just how much of this stuff is actually already in US collections?

if i were going i'd make them hate me, especially since i'd be getting others to go in line too.
they'd have a hand-written sign up real fast.

they want cert companies to have online search verification, but pcgs has no direct way of informing them of counterfeit holders @PCGS_Hy @PCGS_Marketing @PCGS_Cheyne @HeatherBoyd

Looks like the same message you get when you report scam listings on Facebook market place.
Looking for PCGS AU58 Washington's, 32-63.
