Coin with two backs

I have a coin found in my dad’s collection ton that has a wheat penny back on one side and a dime tower back in the other. Has anyone seen one of there, estimate a value?
Who can recommend a reputable person to grade some coins?

It’s a man-made magicians coin - not an error
